Directions :-  Nearest train station is "SEVEN KINGS"  which is in East London. Take a British Train from "Stratford" station going towards South End. Seven Kings station is the 5th station from Stratford. Please note there is no underground (tube) train in Seven Kings. Stratford station is in zone 3 and Seven Kings station is in zone 4.

Plabtrainer centre is in Balfour House building which is about 7 minutes walking distance from Seven Kings station. When you come out of the Seven Kings station turn to your right and walk on the High Road towards Ilford. Walk past "Dagenham Motors" (on your right) and " Charter House" (on your left) and

"Body Wash" shop (on your right). Plabtrainer building is just opposite to "Body wash" shop just next to the "Gurudwara" (Hindu temple). Arrow in the below map points to the PLABTRAINER building.
